Leader Counseling
We get it, sometimes pastors and ministry leaders need help. Whether you need help with healing from trauma and abuse, overcoming sin, marital counseling, personal advice, or help finding spiritual breakthrough, we are here to come alongside you and aid you in walking in freedom. (Galatians 6:1-2)
Deliverance & Inner Healing for Christians
Do your church members need help dealing with issues outside of your expertise? We have hundreds of hours of experience counseling people through a wide variety of spiritual issues including spiritual warfare, inner hurts, family and marriage counseling, and conflict resolution.
Workshops, Conferences, & Retreats
We offer a variety of options that will help your church grow in their relationship with God and learn how to walk in the Spirit. We can provide weekly workshops, weekend conferences, and retreats. All materials have a teaching section followed by an opportunity for group practice. Our teaching material will be tailored to the needs of your church — for sample topics see below.
Leadership Training
We equip leaders to walk in their personal callings within the structure of your church’s God-given purpose so that they may minister more effectively to the body of Christ. Together we explore each person’s gifts, callings, and abilities through which God has supernaturally empowered your team to be a cohesive unit as you walk out the identity of your local church body. (Ephesians 4:1-3)
You were not meant to walk alone
It is the lie of our culture that you should be self sufficient. God created the body to have need of every other part. (1 Corinthians 12:21-27) That means everyone needs help sometimes. Reach out today to get help personally or for your ministry.
Freedom in Jesus Initiative is a ministry of Cameron and Cindy Howell
Cameron and Cindy began serving in church ministry in 2016, faithfully stepping into a variety of roles. Cameron primarily served as a Young Adult Pastor for eight years, investing deeply in the spiritual growth of young believers.
In 2023, they both experienced profound personal freedom as the Lord led them out of spiritual hindrance and demonic oppression. Through this transformative journey, they developed a deep burden to help others experience breakthrough in their faith—growing closer to Christ, receiving healing and deliverance, and equipping churches with practical tools to support their communities.
Within a few months, God called them to launch a ministry of their own, and in 2024, Freedom in Jesus Initiative was born. Since then, they have personally walked alongside hundreds of believers, guiding them through healing, deliverance, and lasting freedom.
In addition, they have partnered with churches and ministry leaders by hosting workshops, offering private and group counseling, providing Biblical resources, and helping others faithfully pursue God’s calling for their ministries.

WORKSHOPS
We offer a variety of workshops, teachings, and resources thoughtfully designed to meet your church’s unique needs. Below are some of the topics most frequently requested.
Hearing God’s Voice
God still speaks! If as His sheep we are supposed to know and recognize His voice, why do so few Christians know when He is speaking? With teaching about God’s voice and instruction on how to walk in the Spirit, we also prompt encounters with God in individual and corporate listening. (John 10:27)
Deliverance & Healing
If Jesus promised us the Abundant Christian life, why are so many walking in bondage? We don’t just teach about deliverance and healing, but also build faith with dozens of stories of freedom and miracles while prompting others to pray in authority and faith for the freedom and healing of others around them! (Mark 16:17-18)
Spiritual Gifts & Identity
God has given His children spiritual gifts that are still in operation today! Many Christians believe this truth, yet have no functional understanding of what their gifts are or practical experience of how they work in their lives. We teach about Spiritual Gifts and Identity, but also prompt people to get hands-on experience in the body of Christ. (Joel 2:28-29)
